How do I get a quote?

Three ways: chat with BlueBot from any page, pick a product on the services menu and use the inline pricing tables, or send a project brief through the contact form.

Is there a minimum order?

Stickers start at 50 units. Apparel, banners, and signs are quoted per project.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

Yes — rush slots are available for an additional fee. Tell us your deadline in your inquiry and we’ll confirm feasibility before charging.

Pricing

Why does the price drop so much at higher quantities?

Setup, print plate, and finishing time are fixed costs. Once a job is running, each additional unit is mostly material. Larger runs spread the fixed costs across more pieces.

How does your pricing compare to Sticker Mule?

Roughly 7% under for the same size and quantity at standard vinyl. We can match or beat in writing when you share a competitor quote.

Files and artwork

What files do you accept?

For uploads in the builder: JPG, PNG, WEBP, SVG. For email submissions: the same plus AI, PDF, EPS. See file requirements for specifics.

I don’t have a design — can you make one?

Yes. Branding and creative are core services. Mention “design help” in your project brief and we’ll scope a rate.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes — every custom job gets a digital proof for your written approval before production begins.

Materials and finishes

What’s the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?

Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through the backing — you peel the finished sticker shape. Kiss-cut stickers cut only the vinyl, leaving the backing intact — popular for sticker sheets and packaging inserts.

Are your stickers weatherproof?

Vinyl stickers are rated for ~3–5 years outdoors with UV exposure. Laminated finishes extend that further.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the continental US. Local DC Metro pickup at our North Bethesda location is available by appointment.

How long does shipping take?

Production turnaround + 2–5 business days standard ground.
