Blueprint (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit blueprint-dmv.com, request a quote, place an order, or chat with BlueBot.

What we collect

You give us directly

• Contact form: name, email, company, project brief, service type.
• Account: email and password if you sign up; profile data from Google if you sign in with Google.
• Chat:messages you send to BlueBot. If you’re signed in, messages are retained against your account for support follow-up.
• Cart: the products and configurations you save. Stored locally for guests; synced to your account for signed-in users.

Collected automatically

• Analytics: page views and event counts via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking; no third-party advertising pixels.
• Session cookies: Supabase authentication cookies to keep you signed in.
• Request metadata: IP address and user agent, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To respond to your project inquiry or fulfill an order.
• To operate the site (auth, cart, chat).
• To improve product fit by understanding which pages and tools are used.
• To send transactional notifications (order updates, account confirmations).

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers below, and only as needed to run the site.

Service providers

• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Supabase — authentication, database, session storage.
• Groq — large-language-model inference for the BlueBot assistant.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Upstash — rate-limit storage for public endpoints.

Retention

Contact submissions are retained for two years for project history. Chat logs are retained for 90 days. Account data persists until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Email info@blueprint-dmv.comto access, correct, export, or delete your data. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

Blueprint services are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We’ll update the “Effective” date at the top of this page when material changes are made.
