These terms govern your use of blueprint-dmv.com and any printing, design, or creative services you engage Blueprint to provide. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and orders

Quotes generated by BlueBot and listed on product pages reflect standard pricing tiers. A final invoice is issued after we confirm specs, files, and shipping. An order isn’t binding until we’ve sent a confirmation in writing.

Files and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of artwork and content you supply.
• You warrant that you have the right to print everything you send us. We may decline jobs that infringe trademarks or copyrights.
• We retain ownership of source files, templates, and tooling we create unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• We may use anonymized photos of finished work in our portfolio unless you opt out at order time.

Proofs and approval

For custom work we issue a digital proof. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing. Once approved, you accept responsibility for design, spelling, color, and dimensions as shown.

Production and turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours after proof approval for most sticker runs, longer for apparel, large-format, and complex jobs. Quoted dates are estimates — rush schedules can be arranged for an additional fee.

Color and material variance

Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor calibration, substrate, and print process. We target a ±5% color tolerance against the approved proof. Material textures (vinyl finish, fabric weave, holo pattern) carry natural variance.

Payment

Standard terms: 50% deposit at proof approval, balance due before shipping. Larger accounts may negotiate net terms. We accept ACH, credit card, and check.

Returns and reprints

Custom-printed items are non-returnable. We reprint at no charge when a defect is our fault — misprint, missed spec, or material failure under normal use. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before we begin production at no charge. Cancellations after proof approval may be charged for work completed (typically 30–50% of the order total).

Liability

Blueprint’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes are resolved in Montgomery County courts.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version applies to orders placed after the update date.
